Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, you will be turned away. This allows us time between bookings to make sure you get the best experience, allowing our team to reset the room fully and allow other teams the chance to receive a debrief.

If you are late we will start your room timer without you. you will be able to play whatever time is remaining after your mandatory safety briefing. This is so the next team are not effected by any lateness and to give our staff time to reset and sanitise the room between groups. 

we will not be able to refund or reschedule any missed games. 

In its simplest form an Escape Room is a game where you have to solve puzzles to ‘escape’ from a dangerous fictional situation or character within a time frame, usually 60 minutes. 

Our games are designed for all ages to enjoy, with a mix of complex and simple puzzles. The whole family will have a whole load of fun. We have many puzzles that are suitable for any ability.  With prior warning we can accomodate customers with visual or hearing impairments. 

None of our rooms contain live actors or any horror elements.

We are based on Wide Bargate in Boston, directly above CEX! This is opposite Waterstones, and just around the corner from Central Park.

Pescod Square car park is open from 7am to 7pm (please do not park here for a 6pm room we cannot guarantee you will be done in time). 

West End car park is open 24/7 with a £1 charge after 6pm (5-10 min walk) 

Bargate Green car park is open 24/7 2 hours £2.50 8am – 6pm £1 from 6pm Monday to Saturday – Sundays 8am – 6pm £1.20 all day

Be comfortable! You will be searching high and low, you may have to get down to the floor and we use CCTV and really don’t want to see anything you wouldn’t show to Grandma! We also recommend sensible footwear. You may have to walk upstairs if you need the loo or are playing one of our upstairs games. There’s also a high chance you’ll be standing for about an hour. You can arrive in heels and change if you want. We reserve the right to forcefully remove any studded boots such as football boots or stilettos as they may damage the flooring.

As we are on the second floor of a building, unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible at the moment.

Sure, as long as they are well behaved and you call us ahead to let us know! Your pupper must be toilet trained and on a lead at all times. We may even be able to hide a few yummy treats for them to find whilst you play! But we will always ask permission first! 

You will never be physically locked in a room, you will have access to the main hallway at all times. This does not mean you have an easy escape. This is for emergencies only. In the case of fire or medical emergency, all magnetic locks will automatically unlock.

We are open 12pm to 10pm from Wednesday to Friday, 10:30am to 10pm on Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sundays.

There may not always be someone at the venue for walk-ins so please call us so we can fit you in.

No, we can’t guarantee there will be a slot for you to play a game or that a gamesmaster will be on site.

However you can call ahead and we have a space we will happily fit you in. Please don’t waste a journey without calling first.

Yes, we are happy to let people wait for your team to play the game from our comfy seating area. Drinks are available too.

Under 14’s need an adult on site at all times but for over 12’s you do not need to be in the room, but you must remain on site, we cannot be responsible for your children.

YES! 2-10 people can happily have a party. Call us about party packages. For larger bookings we can split into up to 3 groups of up to 6 people. We also offer custom Teen birthday parties. we can even provide food packages please call us to book no later than 1 month in advance. 

Yes! Up to 30 people with a one hour experience or 48 people for a 2 hour block booking etc. Discounts available.

No they’re free and unlimited for most games, we want you to have fun and escape in a good time! Just ask for a clue! We will tell you how before you play.

Outside the venue, most likely. Inside, highly unlikely.

None of our rooms are dark or scary, none of them contain elements of horror.

Our policy is we will double purchases, this means if you purchase a £20 voucher, you will receive £40 worth of vouchers instead.

We do not offer free escape rooms or vouchers as we are a small independent business.
